What is Stratford Samaritans Community Hub?
Tyler House: Stratford Samaritans Community Hub provides event and office space for local charities and community groups in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Hub Partners enjoy reasonable rates, supportive management, a secure and welcoming place to work or run activities, and the chance to share a premises with like-minded organisations.
The Hub is run by Stratford Samaritans and is home to their branch, which is managed and staffed entirely by volunteers. Tyler House also provides office space to local youth mentoring charity Lifespace.
All sorts of activities happen at Tyler House each week, from a Ukulele Group for older people to a baby brunch club, one-to-one support for a variety of problems, tutoring groups for those who wish to further their education, a deaf club for those with impaired hearing to have a coffee and a chat, and many activity groups, among others.
