Sleep Problems

This session looks at sleep problems, the symptoms and their psychological effects and what can be done to help improve sleep.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand why sleep matters and the stages of sleep.
  • Identify the possible causes of sleep problems.
  • Learn ‘Good Sleep Habits’.

Aimed at: Anyone who is experiencing difficulty getting good quality sleep. Course Tutors: Coventry & Warwickshire Mind Recovery Academy Staff.
