We all have mental health, just like we have physical health. One in four of us will struggle at some point of our lives with a mental health problem, and no-one should ever feel ashamed.The aim of this workshop is to increase our understanding of what positive/negative thinking is, the impact of negative thinking and how positive thinking can help in our daily lives.

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn ways of thinking more positively.
