Classes begin with a focus on the breath (pranayama), and then working together with the breath and movement, we flow into yoga postures (asana). Within the class, you will be encouraged to work within your own limits, so classes are suitable for beginners and students who have practiced yoga before as adjustments and modifications can be made for all abilities. Classes then end with a meditation and relaxation (savasana).
The cost of the class is £10 drop in. I also offer a five-class card to students, which is £40 or a 10 class card for £70.
