Progress: Employment, Education and Training support for young people
Groundwork began as a simple idea: if communities help the environment, the environment will help communities. By bringing people and the environment together with practical local action, we have an impact that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Every year we give thousands of people the support and skills to get into meaningful employment. Our specialist teams provide a wide range of support to young people in and out of school and to jobseekers of all ages looking to develop new skills and get back into work. This work ranges from coaching young people at risk of underachieving in the classroom to cutting reoffending rates by working with ex-offenders.
Progress is open to any young person with the right to live and work in the UK who is:
- Aged 15–25
- Lives in Coventry or Warwickshire
- Not in education, employment or training
